P3 Global Energy (“P3GE”) is a member of mining‐energy‐power generation group of companies PK Group. PK Group is a privately held, rapidly growing global mining‐energy‐power generation group of companies with businesses in seven countries across three continents.

PK Group has successfully acquired mining rights for coals, uranium, potash, and other precious metals in several countries in Asia and Africa. To‐date, PK Group has been mining high grade coals and other minerals in several countries including Laos, Indonesia, Myanmar, and Madagascar. PK Group is fast‐tracking developments of other mines under licensing to the Group as well.

In parallel, PK Group has been investing in power generation business and now owns several licenses to build, own, and operate large gas‐fired and coal-fired power plants and hydro‐electric dams in Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and Indonesia.

PK Group also holds majority interest in Thailand‐based Southeast Asia’s largest publicly listed construction conglomerate Italian‐Thai Development Public Company Limited (ITD) with extensive experiences in mega‐infrastructure projects construction including large international airports, large deep sea ports, industrial estates, high‐rise building complexes, underground and above ground mass rapid transit systems, long‐span suspension bridges, hydro‐electric dams, elevated expressways, and onshore small and large diameter oil and gas transmission lines. In 2010, PK Group was granted a 75years concession to develop the Dawei Project in Myanmar, including a deep sea port, road, rail, industrial complex and power plant. The Project is worth more than USD 50,000 Million and site preparation has already started.

Additionally, PK Group holds majority participating interest jointly with Nippon Steel Corporation (NSC) of Japan in two offshore platform fabrication yards located in Thailand. This has provided PK Group with capabilities to build reasonably priced wellhead platforms, processing topside, and steel jackets. Through our affiliation with NSC, PK Group also has access to large diameter offshore pipe laying capabilities.

PK Group entered into energy business with the formation of P3 Global Energy Company Limited in 2008.

P3GE is staffed with experienced personnel from major international and national oil companies as well as major international service companies. In addition, P3GE intends to fully leverage PK Group’s internal and varied capabilities as distinct advantages in its business development and project execution resulting in lower cost and shorter development time.
