Mr. Premchai holds majority interest in Italian-Thai Development Corporation Pcl, Southeast-Asia’s largest construction conglomerate-and has served as its President since 1983. During this time the company has grown from 2.5 to 40 Billion Baht in asset and the annual turnover has risen from 1.7 to 26.5 Billion Baht.

Mr. Premchai has also expanded his business interests into coal mining and power-generation in the last decade. Presently, he owns and operates several mining rights for coals, uranium, potash, and other precious metals in seven countries on three continents. He has also been awarded several contracts to generate and supply electricity in Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, and India.

Mr. Premchai formed an energy company P3Global Energy Company Limited in 2008.
